We want full clarity for you before, during, and after your purchase or installation with ProFence Supply.
Important: inspect your merchandise
Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise before leaving our location or at the time of accepting delivery. Once merchandise is accepted, claims for visible damage or missing items will not be processed.
Applies to Dura Fence panels, posts, gates, and accessories sold by ProFence Supply.
- Customers must inspect the merchandise before leaving our location or at the moment of accepting delivery.
- Any claim for visible damage, missing items, or incorrect material must be made at the time of delivery, before signing the receipt.
- Cut, welded, or custom-fabricated material to customer specifications is not eligible for exchange.
- Once merchandise is accepted and picked up, no returns or refunds will be processed.
